Ø Jordana's Face Powder is a pressed powder formula. Powder-based Foundation formulas combine foundation and powder in one product. Ø Available in 16 shades, Jordana’s Face Powder will give a sheer to medium matte finish.
Ø To find your perfect shade of Jordana Face Powder, test the shade near your jaw line – and not on the back of your hand! The skin on your hands tends to be slightly darker than your face. Examine how the shade looks on you in natural light. The correct shade will appear to magically vanish against your skin.
Ø African American, Olive, and Multicultural skin tones can be darker on the forehead and other areas of the face.  A slightly darker shade of Face Powder for those areas may be necessary. Jordana makes a shade that is perfect for every skin tone, and the application makes it a breeze to blend two shades.
Ø The soft, powdery texture of Jordana Face Powder is perfect for normal, oily, dry, and combination skin.

TIPS, TRICKS, & TECHNIQUES

Ø Before applying any Foundation, always begin with a clean fresh face!
Ø To hydrate your face, apply the appropriate SPF moisturizer for your skin type before applying the Foundation.  Give your skin several minutes to completely absorb the moisturizer.
Ø Foundation Powders create a silky matte finish and absorb excess oils. Oily skin, or the T- zone area, may require a little touch up now and then to conceal shine and keep your face looking it’s best.
Ø Any Foundation application should look completely natural. There should be no discernable shade difference between your face, the line of your jaw to under your chin, or your neck.
Ø If using a Liquid or Cream Foundation, your face makeup should be finished with a Powder to set the Foundation, and to give your face a fresh matte appearance.
Ø The area around your eyes is the first place a Foundation tends to crease. Apply eye creams before applying a Powder Foundation. Creams, Moisturizers, and Liquid Foundations can also accent creases, so always finish the eye area with a Powder Foundation.
Ø When using a Powder Foundation, apply a Concealer before applying the Powder.
Ø Apply a cream Blush before the Powder Foundation; apply a powder Blush after the Powder Foundation. 
Ø Lightly press Foundation Powder on to the surface of your face, don’t rub it in to the skin and pores.
Ø A light, or sheer, application of Face Powder is best for blemished, lined, or wrinkled skin. Instead of concealing, a heavy application of any Foundation can look overdone and draw attention to what you are trying to hide.
Ø If you have acne-prone skin, clean, or change, the puff in compacts frequently. Or, try using a foundation brush, or sponge, that you can wash after every use.
Ø Use a Foundations Powder as a base for your Eye and Lip make up. The Powder will help to keep your eye make up and lipstick in place and make it last longer.
Ø Following the way facial hair grows, you will get better coverage if you apply Foundations with a downward stroke.
Ø Loose Powders and Pressed Powders are basically the same thing - A Pressed Powder is a Loose Powder in a compressed form.  If you don’t have a Loose Powder, dust a big fluffy make up brush over the surface of your Jordana Face (Pressed) Powder to gently loosen it. 
Ø When To Toss It - Powder Foundations can be kept for up to two years.
